Fresh ideas for your baby’s room or kid’s room decor (Part 4)
2007.09.24Idea #4: Kid-friendly Furniture
Hi there! Sorry for the long wait. Here is idea #4.
Furnish your babies’ room with furniture designed specially for them. This BB2 (Baby Boomer Too) Table and Chairs Set from notNeutral can be a good start. The BB2 set includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs, with perfect sizes for your children.

Or…if you prefer a certain color theme, the Color BB2 Table and Chairs Set might be a better choice. They are available in Persimmon Orange, Ozone Blue and Lotus Green.

2007.09.10Idea #3: It’s a kid’s room, why not a kid’s light?
Do not leave the kids in the dark. Especially when there is a great bedside lamp like Candeloo.
Candeloo light is safe, portable and reusable but most of all, it’s perfect for brave trips to the bathroom at midnight. It is also equipped with Vessel’s SafeCharge technology to prevent exposed electrical contacts, making it safe for kids’ little hands. The best thing about Candeloo is it is extremely cute and colorful. Even though it is designed for kids, I find this light to be desired by adults as well.
Speaking of adults, Vessel also provides another great nightlight for parents. Guardian Nightlight is two lights in one – the charger has an integral EL panel that’s always lit, and the lantern is portable and illuminates instantly when lifted and during power failures. Perfect for when parents need to check the kids at night without having to turn on their room’s light and accidentally wake them up.

2007.09.6Idea #2: Add a personal touch
There is nothing that says "the one and only" decoration better than a personalized something, something with your baby’s name, something personal, something like What A Dish! Personalized Baby Tiles…
Personalized with your baby’s name, birthdate and weight, these baby tiles are to be hung on the wall. There are 4 styles to choose from: trike, giraffe, birdies and dress. Simple but cute and whimsical.

2007.09.4Idea #1: Tattoo the walls
Nope, do not call your painters yet (or your usual tattoo shop..). Check out these cute wall decals from Wallcandy Arts, Toki Doki Wall Decals and Pilot’s Planes Wall Decals
Peel, Stick, Decorate. That’s all you need. And the best thing is: if you change your mind, you can always peel these decals off the wall easily, rearrange them to redecorate, or remove them altogether without a trace. Wallcandy Arts Wall Decals are designed to be removable and reusable.
If you love the ones spread horizontally across the walls, like I do, these Candy Factory Wall Decals and The New Grazeland Wall Decals are great choices.
Other designs include:
- Carnivale Wall Decals
- DottiLicious Wall Decals
- Flutterflies Wall Decals
- Chalkboard Wall Decals
- Chalkboard Animals Wall Decals
And find one by BLIK as well, this is specially designed by notNeutral for BLIK: BLIK Farm Wall Decals
